I am a versatile professional who began my career as a digital media marketer, focusing on graphic design, web design, social media management, and animated video production. With a passion for both education and digital media, I transitioned to school librarianship to create an engaging academic environment. As a school librarian, I strive to cultivate intellectual curiosity and independence, fostering a supportive space where students and staff can explore, create, and grow into lifelong learners. My goal is to empower students to become confident readers, critical thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and informed citizens, using innovative tools and interactive media to enhance the learning experience.

In addition to my work in education, I am an entrepreneur and the founder of Rescue Threads, a Custom Lifeguard Apparel business. Rescue Threads is more than just an apparel brand; it celebrates lifeguarding culture by designing gear that fosters pride, confidence, and unity within lifeguard communities. The business also provides premium screen printing services for lifeguard patrols, local businesses, and sports teams, delivering high-quality, custom-designed apparel with a focus on precision and customer satisfaction. Through Rescue Threads, my entrepreneurial spirit shines as I merge my love for lifeguarding culture with my commitment to producing apparel that stands out for its quality and durability.

My career goals reflect a dynamic blend of creativity, education, and entrepreneurship. I’m passionate about exploring the eLearning landscape and eager to contribute my multimedia and graphic design expertise to instructional design projects, making learning not only effective but also enjoyable. I envision creating interactive, visually engaging content that enhances the educational experience, whether in schools, libraries, or online platforms. While I remain committed to the library world, I’m equally excited about expanding my reach through freelance and contract positions in the graphic and instructional design industries, where I can apply my skills to diverse projects.

I’m also dedicated to growing my company, Rescue Threads, and continuing to craft designs that celebrate lifeguard culture. With a passion for both design and community impact, I strive to make Rescue Threads a brand that resonates with pride and unity. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy reading, working out, building Lego sets, attending live concerts, and thinking creatively. By combining my passions and work experience, I hope to deliver innovative, meaningful creations that leave a lasting impression on every audience I serve.
